I believe
that dating and marketing are the same in many ways. If you come on too strong
no one will be interested in you. In fact I believe there is only one reason
for being pushy in a sales appointment or date it is because you just want to
close the deal. You have not thought about the other person.Their thoughts or their feelings.
On the
other hand, there is nothing wrong with creating a sense of
urgency. But it does make more sense if you relate it to the prospective client’s wants.
What can
you do today that will make you ‘court’ or persuade your clients more
effectively?
