Today I am going to address one way to innovate in your organization that appeals to me. It is the need to ask new questions and start new conversations. I hope you noticed that I said the need. It is not a want, it is a need! When you give your staff the opportunity to start new conversations and ask new questions you open your business to new and unique ideas.
One of the better questions to ask is; ‘How can we make this ___ better?’ All the ideas may not be perfect but you have opened up the opportunity to grow your business.
Isn’t this a great way to improve your business?
Isn’t it a great way to use the potential of your staff?
As business is all about marketing or innovation, this blog will highlight marketing and give you insights as to how you can become a more innovative marketer. I will give you tips on how to achieve this by first defining who you are, then establish, attract and persuade prospective clients.
